GaugeMyGround is focused on connecting that work. GMG brings AI-assisted property inspection and valuation workflows to banks, valuation vendors and field evaluators in India. The aim is to make case information easier to organise and reports easier to prepare and review.
Why we are building GMG
A request can begin in an email, move through phone calls and site visits, and end in a bank-specific report. When these steps are disconnected, teams spend time finding information and coordinating hand-offs.
GMG's workflow connects the request, field assignment, inspection records, draft and final review. AI supports the preparation work; human review remains central. Our priority is clear communication and accountability throughout that process.

Field inspection work and professional valuation sign-off are different responsibilities. Training for an inspection workflow does not itself confer a professional valuation licence.
